No último fim-de-semana de Fevereiro, a Faísca Voadora, Stichting Schoolclash (Países Baixos), e Clash! Exchange & Learning (Alemanha) juntaram equipas e membros de apoio em Castenray, nos Países Baixos, para um fim-de-semana intensivo de partilha, reflexão, e construção conjunta. No centro deste fim-de-semana auto-financiado, estiveram várias questões, entre outras: o que nos move? o que nos une? como praticar solidariedade ativa entre as nossas organizações? como incluir melhor xs nossxs voluntárixs e membros de apoio? como formar-nos mútuamente e crescer juntxs? como mutualizar recursos para melhorar a qualidade do nosso trabalho? Trabalhámos questões estruturais e também criámos um novo projeto pedagógico intercultural em torno da música... Foram também dias de partilhas intensas entre seres humanos, porque é tão bom trabalhar com pessoas de quem gostamos e em quem confiamos! Obrigadxs a todxs pela inspiração, energia, desafio, generosidade, entusiasmo. E que seja só o começo da nossa dinámica de construção conjunta, por projetos mais inclusivos e mais criativos!

Last weekend in February, Faísca Voadora, Stichting Schoolclash (Netherlands), and Clash! Exchange & Learning (Germany) brought teams and support members together in Castenray, the Netherlands, for an intensive weekend of sharing, reflection and co-construction.
At the heart of this self-funded weekend were several questions, among others: what moves us? what unites us? how to practice active solidarity between our organizations? how to better include our volunteers and support members? how to train each other and grow together? how to mutualise resources to improve the quality of our work?
We worked on structural issues and also created a new intercultural pedagogical project around music...
These were also days of intense sharing between human beings, because it is so good to work with people we like and trust!
Thank you all for your inspiration, energy, challenge, generosity, enthusiasm.
And may it be only the beginning of our dynamic of building together, for more inclusive and more creative projects!
